A Coco Postcard to Malcom F.

Malcom spent holiday at Coco Beach Island Resort two months ago. He is a South African national who is now based in Dubai. During his stay he participated and make a bet in the Frog Race. The game is one of our 101 activities that is organized by our bartenders.

A Coco Postcard to Darryl

Married couple  Darryl and Vivian together with their three years old daughter Marlah recently had their vacation at Coco Beach Island Resort. For three days and two nights they stayed at one of our Deluxe Room and was amazed with the fascinating view of the ocean from their balcony. While at the resort they pampered themselves with a relaxing massage at Behiya Spa. Fine dined at Dona Lina Revolving Restaurant where they watched our Chef making different courses in the middle.

A Coco Postcard to Sozon

Just a month ago two Greek nationals spent three days and two nights vacation at Coco Beach Island Resort. Sozon together with his friend occupied the Hilltop Suite Room under the supervision of Service Mama Jessica and Papa Jerry. Besides form enjoying the food served at the Carabao Restaurant they also tried a variety of delicious grilled dishes at Coco Grill Restaurant.

A Coco Postcard to Rhoda 

Just last week, Rhoda spent her second visit at Coco Beach Island Resort. Her first vacation at Coco Beach was last year where she and her family stayed in one of our Classic Deluxe bungalow. The Classic Deluxe is near the Carabao Restaurant and just a few steps to the beach. On their recent visit they choose the air-conditioned Heritage Room. During their stay they savored at the delicious food at Coco Grill Restaurant while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea.

Cooking the Coco Beach Way 

A group of Danish learned to cook with the Coco Beach’s Chef Addie. Couple Poul and Bodil, father-daughter tandem Oscar and Noa, and Birgit started with Tenderloin Tips to start their cooking lessons. Next, they tried their hands on of the best selling dish in the Carabao Restaurant - Pinutas. And for dessert, Turon, a traditional Filipino sweet with banana.
The group who were all very eager to learn made the dishes with the help of Cook Weng. And they say when they go back to Denmark, they will bring the recipe and their memories and experience at Coco Beach.
To Poul, Bodil, Oscar, Noa and Birgit, let us know how your cooking adventures of Tenderloin Tips, Pinutas and Turon will be back in Denmark!.
