Last Saturday in Coco Beach Island Resort, instead of having the usual Garden Fiesta Party, Chef Noel and his cooks launched the first ever “Coco Food Bazaar” for a change. Four mini bahay kubos were set-up at the Carabao Garden for the following stations, Main Course, Barbeque or Grilling station, Mongolian and Dessert station.

In the Main Course station guest may choose from relyenong bangus, tortang talong with ground beef, kare-kare, fried chicken, pork afritada, fish sarciado, ginataang pusit, ampalaya with egg, ginisang sitaw at kalabasa and steamed rice.
While the Barbeque station have marinated liempo, chicken and jumbo hotdog that is grilled right. Mongolian beef stir-fry, chicken and pork stir-fry are your choices in the Mongolian Station. Have it cooked in front of you and enjoy while it is hot.
And for the Dessert station, Cook Weng of Touch of Asia also prepares buco pandan, buco salad, turon de manila and fresh lumpia.
The party started at 6:30 in the evening with the music of Coco Band. According to the guests the food was great and they find the price very affordable. With almost everyone joined that night we could say it was a big hit.
